I have been a part of Warm World since about February 2017.
Something that I enjoy about Warm World that sets it apart from other Child Care Centers is the sense of community between the staff and the connections with the parents.
I enjoy being a part of Warm World because I love the connections with the children. I also really like the people I work with and making new friends.
When I am not at Warm World, you could find me playing the clarinet in a community band and playing the piano and clarinet in community theaters. I love attending Tonic Sol-fa and Celtic women concerts. I also love going up to my parents cabin and taking the paddleboat out on the lake.
One of the funniest things the children said to me was “Ms. Sarah, why aren’t you married? Aren’t you a girl?”
A little bit more about me…
I have a sister, who is 2 ½ years younger than me and lives in Minneapolis. I have a one-year-old cat named Elsa. I am a volunteer dog walker at the St. Paul Humane Society.
